Miliary tb
Hi doctor...a known person has miliary tb diagnosed 2 months ago...she complaints of pain in left side neck often...can it be swollen lymph nodes?  because her ct scan report which was done a month ago for confirmation says enlarged lymph nodes can be seen in the supraclavicular region and small lymph nodes in prevascular space...so is it because of miliary tb?how can it be taken care off?

It can be due to condition called as IRIS due to immune reconstitution, consult a pulmonologist and get examined. May require steroids along with ATT.
