Mild pain on testicle
From past 1 week I feel a mild pain on my left testicle which is not constant ,it comes and goes in different interwell of time. Some time the pain elevated to left bottom  side of the stomach and left leg ..there is no visible symptoms of variocele and there is no swelling as well..then what are the probable causes.please reply

may be some trivial trauma or orchitis the pain should not refer though
