Mild pain in chest
I am feeling mild pain in chest sometimes like once or twice in a week. The pain lasts for short duration. Once I was returning home from office that time I faced some pain slightly right from center of chest. Once I was in office that time I faced some pain slightly left from center of chest. I am facing this problem from last few months. My bp is normal. I did full body health check up in March that time doctor said I have no problem. What can be the reason of this. What do I need to do to solve this? I have gas , retching problem.

Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee, tea etc... Avoid stress, consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.
