Mild PAH and breathlessness
Soumya Sir my 2 D echo report is attached. It was done on 5th May I haven't had breathlessness issue untill yesterday but from yesterday I have been feeling breathless on and off but my SPO2 levels are still 97-98. Is my PAH is deteriorating? I take metoprolol and olimsartan for my Rapid heart beat and blood pressure. My chest X Ray and Spirometery was normal today. My IGE is raised to 330.

You still have mild PAH. Mild PAH will not cause breathlessness. Consult your Pulmonologist and follow his advice.
