Have done Coronary angiogram(normal) in March 2021 for frequent mild left chest pain as ECG was bit abnormal and tmt was borderline +ve.. since angio normal doctor said it's non cardiac pain... for heart health check up how frequent I need to repeat these tests ? Every time I should go for angio?

You should definitely take guidance from the same person who did your coronary angiogram.
The data you have posted is too insufficient to counsel.
