Good morning... -Main thing to prevent infection is to maintain hygiene . - use washed and cotton panties, cotton pads during ur periods. -Avoid using wheat creams or razors for hair removal as few ppl are sensitive to them and cause irritation and itching will start. So see which one suits you and then use it. If ur using any of them please stop and observe . - avoid going to public washrooms or else clean the toilet seat with a tissue or sanitizer before using. Infections are commonly spread from there. - if during your periods , don’t use each pad for more than 6 hours. These can also cause infection. -Follow these steps and see if still not comfortable better see a gynaecologist and get vaginal examination and Pap smear test . - even urine infections can lead to vaginal discharge
Next Steps
-get Urine culture and sensitivity test and Pap smear test should be done from a gynaecologist . -Syp smooth for constipation daily 10 ml bedtime for 5 days
Health Tips
- Drink plenty of water - high fibre diet for constipation
