Mild Hepatomegaly in 2 month baby
My baby is 2 months 20 days old( male). We went for general checkup for vaccination to the doctor. Doctor examined and asked to do ultrasound abdomen. The report is saying that he is having mild Hepatomegaly with liver size as 7.4 cm. The. Doctor asked for review after 2 weeks
I am Little tensed about this if it's some serious issue or its common in infants. Please suggest and please find the attached report

Upto 6 months mild hepatomegaly is seen. Nothing to worry in this. Follow up is asked to check if the size increases or remains same
