4 months baby hard stool
My baby is 4 months old. He passed hard stool today after 4 days and cried alot. Please let me know what could be the reason for hard stool at this age and what to do for this.

Greetings if the baby is on formula feed the child can get hard stool .in case of breast feeding ask the mother to drink lots of water,fruits and vegetables to avoid constipation
