Sorry to hear about your difficulties.
Please consult any local doctor to rule out any infection causing fever. If other difficulties persist after fever is resolved, you might have to review your situation and any stress that might be the cause. Try to tackle the stress with the help of your friends and family.
If no improvement and difficulties get worse you would need professional help. Consider speaking to psychiatrist.
