Mild gastritis
I had already reported mild gastritis issues on 14/3/25 and recent water test conducted in our seminary on 7/10/25 results shows that all five water sources are bacteriologically contaminated** and are **not safe for drinking** without treatment to remove Total Coliform and E-Coli. The water from **Tank 1** and the **Pond** also has an **unacceptably low pH (acidic)**.Is this is the reason for my gastric issues?

Unlikely. But however these bacteria you mentioned are more associated with gastroenteritis causing loose stools, vomiting etc
