Mild fluid in left knee
Hi i am 30 year old woman , just got married...i recently got my MRI done for left knee and L spine...and found that i have mild fluid in knee..and its early lumbar spondylosis...i have really bad bad pain in my knee...my main concern is will my life loose speed after this? I want to b normal..i want to exercise.? I want to reduce weight..? What all exercises can i do? Can i do brisk walk wid these two problems? Can i do yoga also?

See firstly address Ur knee pain...Fluid can be resorbed by medicines or intraarticular injection...Consult ortho... Kneepain can be treated V effectively wid physiotherapy...Aftr which specific ex's will help u gain further strength n then u can restart brisk walking n oder demanding activities ...Till den relative rest needed fr d affected joint
