  3. Mild Fever with Body pain. Advice!

Mild Fever with Body pain
Mild fever from 2011 (initially infected with ecoli) but cured that time she was pregnant and Doctor advised it's pregnancy symptoms and will be alright post delivery. Still he is suffering from fever but tests shows nothing (blood/urine/x-ray). Please advice
