I am facing this issue of mild errection or no errection and get discharge even without errection. I used to masterbate a lot. This is frustrating as I m just 28 years old go to gym as well do workout fit athletic body but this issue is troubling my sex life.

Nothing to worry. Masturbation does not affect ones Sexual health. Erection is involuntary phenomena, it's not always as per your will.
