This might be due to traumatic bite because of constantly clinching your teeth subconsciously.Maintain your oral hygiene, don’t brush vigorously, need to check an X-ray .U can go for night guard, and use toothpaste for sensitivity.

If the surfaces of the teeth have been worn off, you can feel hypersensitivity. The other possible cause is Hyperacidity. Sinus problems can also pose hypersensitivity. Please share if you have recent history of cough or cold.
Health Tips
Use desensitizing topicals until the root cause is figured out and addressed.
