Mild chest pain
I have mild chest pain. When I move my hand or shaking hand. I have gone through ecg, echo, tmt, chest x-rays and d-dimer all are normal. Taking acidity tablets like sucraloc , razo , vsl 3 from past 20 days. Little burping is there. Morning wakeup few minutes chest pain will be there. Should I need continue gastric tablets or fo for endoscopy. As now I am not feeling much heartburn or should I need to visit pulmonologist.
