Mild chest pain and  burning sensations
Feels mild pain in the mid of the chest sometimes, also while bending forward, sometimes while changing the sleep positions, while squeezing the chest, some times feels burning sensations. What causes these things?

Keeping your age in mind and the character of the chest pain you are having, it does not look to be cardiac in origin. It looks like a musculoskeletal pain. Don’t worry.

Pain is non cardiac. Don't worry . Take some antacids.

If you get significant pain squeezing type for more than 20 mins along with profuse sweating take an ECG and consult a doctor immediately
