Mild Axonal motor neuropathy issue
Hello Earlier some years back, I had postural buldge, herniated disc issue in L5-S1. For which I did a lot of physiotherapy and I recovered well but suddenly one day I started feeling tingling in whole body specially face hand and legs and only in right leg and hands. I did a ncv test which showed mild axonal motor neuro pathy Since that time I am telling different medicines like gabapentin etc etc and doing exercise as well but still I feel it in right leg ( near calf) and sometime in right hand ( not frequency) Is there any specific excercise or medication I can follow, which can eradicate this year long problem 🙏

Mild axonal neuropathy can be due to nutritional deficiency, radiculopathy ( compressive eg. disc bulge or non- compressive), diabetes etc Will need more details of the ncs report and mri report to further guide you
