Hello, typically by 2 yrs old a diagnosis by an experienced professional can be considered reliable. If the toddler meet this requirement, you can check for symptoms such as - - Child not responding to his/her name - Avoiding eye contact - Continuous flapping of hand But again before coming to any judgement, do consulting a specialist. While there is no 1 treatment for it as different approach works with different individuals. But it requires time and patience for sure.
