Anisocytosis means that the size of RBCs is not uniform.
Poikilocytosis means that the shape of RBCs is not uniform.
As Doctors we can only treat your anaemia (if it is there) . We can't do any active treatment to change the size or shape of RBCs.
Actually it is the patients who get obsessed with their problems and insist on getting something 'new' from the Doctor.
