Mild aml mitral valve bellowing
Sir I recently did my 2d echo as I was having chest pain since 2 weeks and diagnosed with mitral valve mild aml bellowing am non diabetic don't smoke and also non alcoholic rest parameters in echo report is ok and lies in normal range is it a issue to concern I have attached reports kindly suggest and guide thanking you

Your  Echo parameters show a normal ejection fraction 60% no regional wall motion abnormality no ischemic heart disease, all  are due to mitral valve prolapse not worry about your heart concerned you can take tablet inderal 10 milligram 2 times daily symptoms will subside Regards
