Acne and pigmentation in pregnancy is a hormonal issue. No need to worry about it. Correct treatment depends upon grading of acne and type of pigmentation. Do not apply any overthe counter available medication and creams. Consult a nearby qualified dermatologist for further treatment and management.

Hello dear. This pigmentation on your face is probably melasma. It is temporary and will go away after delivery. However, you can use some creams and sunscreens to lighten them up. Kindly consult online for a detailed prescription
