If I have had 4 menstrual migraines, all in this year and two with aura can I still take the combined contraceptive pill or do I need to change it?

No you should not take oral contraceptive pill because it is relatively contraindicated.Better you change it .For details contact to gynaecologist near by and take her opinion and suggestion for good contraception.
