Migraine problem
My doctor said that I have we early stage of migrain so how can I cure it permanently like what should I do ?? What food should I avoid?? ( I used to add ajinomoto (msg) in my food)

There is no permanent cure for migraine. But significant reduction from headaches can be obtained by life style modifications and medications. MSG or ajinomoto can trigger migraine so it kay be avoided. Various other triggers include sunlight, fasting and stress. Many people declare various food stuffs which trigger migraine for them. So if you have found anything in particular avoid it in the short run. No blanket advices on food triggers is advisable.
