Migraine and Pregnancy. Fertilized egg?

I have been suffering from Migraine since last 6 months. I experience throbbing, vomiting sensations while i am suffering from Migraine. I used both Homeopathy and Allopathy medicines. At present i am using Migranil EC. We are planning for pregnancy, and read somewhere that Migranil EC is unsafe during pregnancy. I took one tablet few days back, and i observed pain in my uterus and white discharge happened after that. Which never happened before in my case. This happened few days before my periods. I am worried that this tablet may have caused any harm and what if i am indeed pregnant, is there any chance that Migranil EC to cause harm to my fertilized egg? I am in periods right now, and i am worried that i may have lost that chance of getting pregnant, by using this tablet. Kindly look into my matter.
