Migraine and fatigue
I’ve had a migraine, been low in mood and have been feeling extremely fatigued and generally under the weather for the past five days. I took Ella one five days ago and was wondering if this could be a contributing factor ? I have had mild depression and anxiety in the past, but am wondering recently if this could be down to hormone imbalance or thyroids ?
