You have to actually engage in the actions above and do it consistently until they become a natural part of your life.
°HANG OUT WITH LIKE-MINDED PEOPLE- A midlife crisis doesn’t have to be a crisis at all but a chance for you to take control and make different choices in your life. Hi... As long as you are searching for a quick fix, nothing much can be done. Psychotherapy/Counselling works on a different plane altogether and it takes time to see results. You need to find a good therapist first and continue your weekly sessions for some time.
