Middle and right side upper chest pain..
Suffering from middle breastbone and right side upper chest pain... It increased after eating walking and numbness go to right side hand and palm.. Increase from the time I wake up and progress in day.. And decrease in night but I feel pressure in my upper back both side.. Bending body changing positions like sitting forward or bending or laying down or sitting in sofa then sitting Straight... I don't know what it is my ecg normal chest X-ray normal my chest ultrasound normal.. Uric acid is little high and my hb1 AC is 7.1..could you advise anything taking medicine from week not getting relief

Pain is most likely coming from your spine with ? Costochondritis.
Next Steps
Control your uric acid and Hba1c levels by Avoiding refined Sugars , fruits and fast food.  non vegetarian food and alcohol start shoulder shrugging excercise and back extension excercise with regular walk twice a day Take antiinflammatory for few days

It is due to your working habits and sitting posi. Your muscles on the front and back of the body, the right side, have become stiff and thus you are experiencing these symptoms. Daily activities, mobile use, laptop etc. Work in the right manner and do the stretching exercises.
