Mid/upper back pain stres
From the past 3-4 years I have constant stress and off late pain in mid and upper back pain. I consulted a doctor who X-rayed neck and suggested that mid and upper back pain arises because of issues in neck only. He did not do any mid/upper back X-Ray. He advised me few neck exercises. But that is not helping. As I have issue in my mid and upper back pain and but the doctor did not check the same and even did not do any X-ray of the same, I have basic doubt and query is should I also do a X-ray of upper/mid back to diagnose the issue or it's not required. Is it required to check the mid and upper back via X-ray

It's better to have x Ray of cervical-thoracic and also lumbar spine to arrive at the diagnosis
