Hi Doc, my wife is age of 37 and facing light mid cycle spotting from last few months. Recently due to hectic work, we are not able to make physical relations and hardly once or twice in month. Is there any specific reason for spotting as she is suffering with pelvic pain will spotting. She is taking Nyprosyn 500 for migraines. Is Sylate 500 safe for this spotting.

Take an opinion from your gynaecologist. Get a scan done to see if there is any uterus or ovarian issue. Get blood tests like CBC TSH RBS done. Get A PAP SMEAR done.
