Microalbuminuria-test
Hi, Recently my mother had fully body checkup, we had microalbuminuria test which says albumin-quantitative spot urine(nephelometry) is 38,creatinine ratio-spot urine result is 4.2,which says it should be less 3.6, Can u let me know is the result to be considered is anything complicated? Thanks in advance

Hello.. Well we need to know history of the patient to correlate it...well is she diabetic..is she on any other medications? We need to examine her and then corelate it with the symptoms and signs..yes it is high but might not be significant also...is she dehydrated,? There are so many factors so it's better I examine her and then comment on it
