Premenstrual symptoms like breast tenderness vary from cycle to cycle, and their absence this one time doesn't usually signal a problem. A new supplement can occasionally change how your body feels in the days before your period, but it rarely delays the period itself. Since there was no sexual activity this cycle, pregnancy isn't something you need to factor in here.
Next Steps
Wait for your period on the 26th as expected. If it's delayed by more than a week, or you notice anything unusual like severe cramping or very heavy bleeding, please see a gynaecologist.
