Mgd after lasik
I had lasik in jan 2021 from the dry of surgery i did not allow water enter into eyes during shower and face wash,i always close my eyes during that time and then i continue for 8 months for to protect eyes,
Can this lead to mgd i didn't maintain good hygiene to my eyelid, please tell

Just do gentle lid massage
Avoid rubbing
MGD can lead to dry eyes.
But it's not related to LASIK
So continue your lubricant drop - refresh liquigel

Pl maintain hygiene of eyes.pl use Refresh tears eye drops, 2drops 3 times a day.Mgd will not happen. Pl consult pulmonologist for further evaluation and treatment.
