Methycobalamin
I have CALCIUM absorption problem and constipation. I have shown gastro and psychiatrist. Only nurobion forte twice a day, nurokind od ,issabgol at night , cipacal once a day. I relief methycobal twice a day. Can I take nurokind od twice. Or I have to change it nurokind 500 twice.

There will be no additional benefit in taking more dosage of methylcobalamin as it is a water soluble vitamin so taking more than recommended daily allowance will only result in washing out of excess amount in urine.
