On medicine Methotrexate 15mg weekly with folic acid 5mg before and after 24hr of mtx for rheumatoid arthritis during 8yr,. For some weeks feeling 'dizziness' on next morning no other side effects,, how prevents this side effects,.

The u need evaluation for dizziness. If u are on methotrexate for more than 7-8 years , and developing dizziness now , it’s odd to have due to methotrexate …. So evaluation of dizziness needed. Other BP medicines can also cause dizziness . So please do consult your Rheumatologist for discussion.
