Metatarsal fracture
I have diagnosed with left foot metatarsal fracture and have got orthopedic cast put on. It's been a week since I got the cast. Is it safe to go-to work? I have a desk job and my office is right near my house.

Need details of the cast material, is it Plaster of paris or the synthetic plaster. Depending on the type and which metartarsal fracture... the doctor will prescribe regarding mobilisation and weight bearing. Care should be taken to not break or wet the plaster.
