Mercury thermometer broke
My mercury thermometer broke and and the particles of mercury fall on the floor . My mother discarded the thermometer and mercury and I saw the mercury particles they were solid like ball .is there anything to worry?? Will applying sanitizer on hand remove the mercury particles??

When u touch it make sure ur not wearing any gold ornaments. The color will change..therwise nothing harm in touching it

Nothing will happen to your body for now but just for information if mercury comes in contact with gold than the gold will get dissolved
