Hello . Firstly r u pregnant get that ruled out. Of u r not get urself checked for pcos do a sonography and some pco investigation.

First you should rule out the pregnancy.Do pregnancy test either by urine or blood.Bhcg is blood test and confirmatory also.If comes negative means no pregnancy then take tablet for withdrawal bleeding after consulting with the gynaecologist.
