Goof day Friend. I can understand your concern.
Pls be aware that our body and mind are very closely interconnected. So any emotional disturbance like overthinking , anxiety or depression or stress will influence and affect your body's normal functioning. It may result in symptoms like lack of energy, sleeplessness, in digestion, headache, panic attacks, PMS issues, body pain, constipation and many more.
Its important to address the root cause than just treating the symptoms. If you notice the root cause here is your "thought". I.e your overthinking or overwhelming or negative thoughts about your career or professional issues leading into negativity or fear or insecurity !!!
Be positive. It's an addressable issue if are willing to make few changes in your mind set, lifestyle, food habbit , few daily routines and follow few relaxation techniques etc

You desired to go for civil service. You need to know about your food intake whether it is enough for your body & mind.
And also you need to know whether you were thinking about your inability to prepare & take exam well. You can fix appointment for further.
Hey! I can understand how distressed and anxious you feel, as well as how tired you must be feeling physically as well as mentally. It certainly has started affecting your productivity and functioning to some extent. This could feel like a never ending spiral and might cause a lot of pessimism and hopelessness somedays. Consulting a psychologist will certainly help you intervene the loop and break the cycle. It'll also help you regain your potentials and spiral upwards. All the best!
Next Steps
you can book an appointment with a psychologist or a psychotherapist

Stop blaming world for your failures.
Accept that it's just one more experinece in life. No-body is responsible for it. Not even you.
And holding hateful feelings or grudges will only make you a bitter person.
The time has changed and gone by.... stop being so miserable.
