Mental State : I want to handsmother.
My name is Javed Ahmed age 27 (Indian).I have a mental state in which i have been trapped for more then 22 years.I always keep thinking about handsmother (suffocate someone).I love it but i am afraid of my inner urge.I feel i will surely going to hurt someone.I always keep trying to handsmother someone .Who ever it is not matter.I just want to suffocate.I am feeling sick of it, but i am unableto ignore it.I just want to make everyone safe from me.

Your description is suggestive of Obsessive impulses, which is usually found in Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. OCD is a treatable disorder and you should consult a Psychiatrist nearby or online for proper diagnosis and treatment.
