Mental pressure
No mental disorder but due to a lot of family problems, i am not able to concentrate on anything and not getting proper sleep. Whole time i am finding myself thinking about the same things. When i am working in office, that time condition is still better but while working also if thoughts come, the concentration will go down the drain.

Hello. It seems like a lot is on your mind. Family concerns can take a lot of our mental space. Lack of sleep, difficulty in concentration etc may reduce by seeking counselling (either individual or family counselling ). Counselling will provide a space to safely share your problems, explore options to resolve them as well as feel heard & supported by the counsellor. You could also try some breathing and relaxation exercises to help calm your mind and increase focus on tasks at hand. (A trained counsellor would be able to help you develop these skills. )
