Hello, I u.derrsamd your feeling. But I'd this condition there us a threat to your social life and you cannot cope up with th world any more.if you are still young then it is never Kate to interact with. I am not a asking you to go interact with strangers but start with you family members and then with your friends slowly. And then you slowly develop interacting with people. And you will develop habit of socialising with people and also your short temperedness. Will also come down. Just don't worry. Thank you
