I am a working mom.my problem is ..I need to Take sleeping pills daily to fall asleep.mind always has negative thoughts.can't get out of overthinking.always feels helpless.plz help

It's an anxiety , you need to work on it .. don't directly ever jump to conclusion , donJPMR and daily walking 15-20 mins a day and CBT is good option and at last resort we can start your medicine that will help you out
