Mental ilness.
I believe I may be suffering from Bypolar, Severe Depression or possibly scizophrenia, I havnt been able to relax and enjoy any activities for quiet a few years now. I drink heavily as an attempt to regulate my mood, Im extremely irriatble and inpatient and I havnt always been like this. My thoughts are racing at a million miles an hour often over things which shouldnt matter, this makes it difficult for me to concentrate on the more important tasks in my life and is often diblitating.
