See , At this age a thorough medical and psychiatric evaluation should be done.
Detailed history should be taken.
More so about the duration of the symptoms too.
But still it appears that she is suffering from psychiatric illnesses.
Are the symptoms and sighs are secondary to some other illnesses like Alz Disorder, a detailed MSE is to be done.
