I took Nexito 5 mg for a month once and then stopped and again after 3 months took for a month and now stopped. It suits me when i get anxiety and do not suffer any withdrawal symtom so i guess no tapering off is needed as I am suffering from menopausal anxiety.
My question here is, can I take nexito 5 mg intermitently for a month and stop or should I have Anxit 2.5 SOS when I am hit with anxiety. Since anxit works on Gaba, Is Etizola . 5 and Anxit works the same way? Because I have tried Etizola and it doesn't give much relief.

Do NOT isolate yourself. While it may bring comfort to cover your head and hide under the covers, itâs not going to help you dig yourself out of the dark pit that is depression. Make a point of going out into the world, even if itâs no more than a quick trip to the grocery store or to a park for a walk. You donât have to be out very long; the point is to get out.
Get out of bed, shower, and get dressed every day. You donât have to dress up; jeans and a casual top, yoga pants and a cute sweatshirt, lounge pants and t-shirt work great.
Once a day, write down three things you are grateful for; do this every day. You can be grateful for big things or small things; the point is to think about the GOOD in your life.
If youâre a drinker of caffeinated beverages and/or alcohol, I would recommend you try to give those things up. If youâre on medication then itâs even more important for you to stop.
Hope you find these few things helpful.
Anxit and etizolam works the same way but Anxit is more potent (GABAergic) than etizolam. Any drug which acts directly on GABA has to have some addiction potential especially when taken frequently and in long term but Nexito is safe in this aspect. There is no issue in taking it intermittently especially if you don't experience any discontinuation syndrome symptoms.
