Mental disturbance with the anxiety feel
I am suffering from anxiety means fearness, nervous tension ,negative thinking . fearness means like phobia,and nervous tension means like shiffering the hands and legs,and negative thinking means like who am I ,if any work is there my mind Will first criticizes me whether I will do or not the properly properly.This prob lot of much loss in life.

Anxiety ,phobia go hand to hand.U must learn to deal with.Must visit counselling psychologist and take some sessions to take proper therapy.It will help you a lot.Visit also a homoeopathic physician for medication.

1.dont loose hope,keep self confidence up. 2.what is your fear must face it. 3.share your thoughts with yoir parents and good friends. 4.concentrate on your study work and passion. 5.regular morning walk and yoga.
