Mental disorder
I have a mental dilusion where this happens is some person I don't like the look of its brain or body swapping with mine . Then I get anxiety. I go red start shaking I get confused. Also another problem I have anxiety problem in public or with people I know especially if theres lots of people around I know

So according to you..you are having delusion of doubles or Control??.. Kindly don't diagnose yourself and take help of a professional like a Psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case....He will also take care of your anxiety problems in social situations...relax ..there is solution for everything..Good that you talked about it..Hope it helped...
