You can take tablet advised by Dr dharmik. Can be repeated after 6 hours if required for pain.

Tablet NISE contains drug Nimesulide which is banned due to its undue effects. Donot take this tablet.
For cramps you can take the tablet mentioned by Dr.Dharmik.
