Dear Madam,
It's quite normal to have stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and some time fainting during menses.
However in few people they are severe and require medication.
It happens due to vagus nerve stimulation.
Next Steps
You can be immensely benefitted from Homeopathic treatment. Homeopathy medicines improve hormonal imbalances and reduce effects of vagus nerve stimulation thereby reducing your suffering.
Health Tips
A treatment course of atleast 6 months will completely cure you.
