Mensuration cycle pain
I have pain like hell in periods.. Earlier ot used to be till 7 days but now a days its became 2-3 days with unbearable pain.

Hello,
You can take ibuprofen or meftal spas for relief. However, it is better to visit a gyne and follow the medications as prescribed.

Hi, you should not bear pain .Take good pain killer like Diclofenic with paracetamol or Combiflam at start of minimum pain. Side effects of drugs is much less compare to weakness of pain.,
